To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. If an order is placed with a credit or debit card you must be the authorised user of the credit or debit card. PAYMENT Payment can be made by any major credit/debit card via our web site. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we have the right to cancel the order.
DELIVERY:
• Delivery to all UK mainland.
• If you have specific delivery requirements or live outside the UK
mainland, please contact us and we will be happy to give you a
quote.
• All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost
• The majority of our deliveries are made within 14 days of payment being received, if the products are in stock. Delivery dates for out of stock items will be advised on order.
• Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond our reasonable control. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us.
• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete please notify the courier on delivery and inform us within 24 hours. We will do our best to sort out the problem as quickly as possible. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations If you are a consumer and you order any item from us you have the statutory right within the United Kingdom to cancel the order and return any goods ordered in exchange for a refund. This statutory right of cancellation starts on the date that you submit your order and expires within seven working days beginning the day after you HAVE received your goods (hereinafter the “UK Statutory Right of Cancellation”). To cancel your order you should notify us by email, or in writing, and send the goods back to us within twenty one days of the date of cancellation. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are received by us and are not damaged in transit. Goods should therefore be securely packaged. We recommend that you return items using recorded delivery, for your protection. You are also responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the items were incorrectly delivered on our part, or the items are damaged or faulty. For details of how to return goods please read our Returns Policy below. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected. At MME Ltd we aim to provide you with the highest standards of customer service. If you need to return goods bought online, please follow the guidelines below:
1. All products can be returned for refund providing they are in an unused and re-saleable condition.
2. To help us process your return, goods should be accompanied by your name and contact details, the order number and the date of purchase. This will allow us to refund you correctly.
3. MME Ltd will refund (including postage costs) any product which is wrongly delivered, is damaged on delivery or is found to be faulty after investigation.
4. MME Ltd will not refund postage costs for non faulty goods returned.
5. Subject to the UK Statutory Right of Cancellation, any proper and reasonable costs that MME Ltd incur for the collection of non faulty goods will be deducted from your refund.

When you shop with us via our web site, all your financial transactions are entirely secure. Our secure server software encrypts all your payment card details. The process scrambles all the information, allowing no unauthorised third party to intercept the data.
